The Lima bean or butter bean or Liam and Alec (Phaseolus lunatus, Fabaceae) is grown as a vegetable for its mature and immature beans. Also known as Haba bean, Burma bean, Guffin bean, Hibbert bean, Java bean, Sieva bean, Rangood bean, Madagascar bean, Paiga, Paigya, Prolific bean, Civet bean and Sugar bean
Origin, distribution and varieties The lima bean is of Andean and Mesoamerican origin. Two separate domestication events are believed to have occurred. The first, taking place in the Andes around 6500 BC, produced a large-seeded variety (Lima type), while the second, taking place most likely in Mesoamerica around 800 AD, produced a small-seeded variety (Sieva type). By 1300 AD, cultivation spread to North America, and in the sixteenth century arrived and began to be cultivated in the Eastern Hemisphere.
The small-seeded wild form (Sieva type) is found distributed from Mexico to Argentina, generally below 1600 meters above sea level, while the large-seeded wild form (Lima type) is found distributed in Ecuador and the north of Peru, between 320 and 2030 meters above sea level.
Both bush and pole (vine) varieties exist, the latter from one to four meters in height. The pods are up to 15 cm long. The mature seeds are 1 to 3 cm long and oval to kidney shaped. In most varieties the seeds are quite flat, but in the "potato" varieties the shape approaches spherical. White seeds are common, but black, red, orange and variously mottled seeds are also known. The immature seeds are uniformly green.
Uses The lima bean is palatable and nutritious both immature as a fresh vegetable and mature as a dry pulse.
Immature lima beans are one of the principal ingredients of succotash.
Dry lima beans require lengthy soaking of about twelve hours and thorough cooking. Both soaking water and cooking water should be discarded to eliminate flatulence-inducing oligosaccharides.
Food and forage uses of the plant itself are limited by the content of the glucoside linamarin, which gives off hydrocyanic acid. This glucoside develops in the last stages of maturation and is concentrated in the youngest shoots and in the seeds. Although the seeds of different varieties differ in their linamarin content, lima beans should always be thoroughly cooked for safety. There are two types of lima beans. Bush and pole. The bush limas mature earlier than the pole limas.

Green gram, known as mung in Hindi, is the seed of Vigna radiata which is native to India. It is also known as golden gram, green soy and mung bean(s). In the Philippines, it is called munggo or monggo.
The mung bean is one of many species recently moved from the genus Phaseolus to Vigna and is still often seen cited as Phaseolus aureus or Phaseolus radiatus. These are all the same plant.
Mung beans are commonly used in Chinese cuisine, where they are called l¨¸ d¨°u (Â̶¹), or kacang hijau in Malay (both words literally mean "green bean"). Germinated mung bean sprouts (usually sold simply as "bean sprouts," known as taugeh in Malay or Ñ¿²Ë y¨¢ c¨¤i in Chinese) are stir fried (usually with ingredients such as garlic, ginger, spring onions or salted fish pieces to add taste) as a vegetable accompaniment to a meal. Uncooked bean sprouts are used in filling for Vietnamese spring rolls. Mung beans are also used to make a sweet soup, served either warm, or chilled.
In several Asian countries, mung bean ice cream and frozen ice lollipops are popular desserts. Mung beans are ground to make transparent cellophane noodles (also known as bean thread noodles, bean threads, glass noodles, fen si, or tung hoon). Glass noodles become soft and slippery when they are soaked in hot water. Mung beans are a major ingredient in a variety of Malaysian dishes including char kway teow, hokkien mee, mee rebus, and pasembor.
Mung beans in Indian cuisine are stripped of their outer coats to make mung dal. Mung beans are widely consumed by keralites along with kanji (rice gruel).
Mung beans are also made into a popular Indonesian dessert snack. The beans are cooked with sugar, coconut milk, and a little ginger. The dish is something that looks like a porridge.

The lentil (Lens culinaris) is a bushy annual plant of the legume family, grown for its lens-shaped seeds. It is about 40cm tall and the seeds grow in pods, usually with two seeds in each. The plant originated in the Near East, and has been part of the human diet since the aceramic Neolithic, being one of the first crops domesticated in the Near East. With 25% protein it is the vegetable with the highest level of protein other than soybeans, and because of this it is a very important part of the diet in many countries, and especially India which has a large vegetarian population.
A variety of lentils exist with colors that range from yellow to red-orange to green, brown and black. The colours of the seeds when removed from the pods also vary, and there are large and small varieties. They are sold in many forms, with or without the pods, whole or split. Illustration of the lentil plant, 1885The seeds have a short cooking time (especially for small varieties with the husk removed, such as the common red lentil) and a distinctive earthy flavor. Lentils are used to prepare an inexpensive and nutritious soup all over Europe and North America, sometimes combined with some form of pork. They are frequently combined with rice, which has a similar cooking time. Lentils are used throughout the Mediterranean regions and the Middle East.
In India, lentils are known as Dal, as however are most sorts of dried legumes. The dishes made predominantly of lentils are also known as Dal. India is the largest producer of lentils in the world.
Canada is the largest export producer of lentils in the world and Saskatchewan is the most important producing region in Canada. The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) estimates that world production of lentils totalled 3.2 million metric tons (MT) in 2003. Canada produced 520,000 MT and, according to the market analysis company STAT Communications, will likely export 400,000 MT during the 2003-04 marketing year, which runs from August to July. The FAO estimates world trade in lentils totalled 1.2 million MT in 2002, with Canada exporting 382,000 MT during the calendar year.
A famous variety of small green lentils known for their earthy flavor is grown in Le Puy, France. These "Le Puy lentils" were the first dry vegetable protected by the French AOC (Appelation d'Origine Controlée) designation

We provide music editing software, as general Musicians and composers long had a desire to integrate stereos, turntables, recording equipment, MIDI keyboards and even electric guitars with computers. Serious computer-based composition tools began to appear with the Atari ST and Amiga computer systems. Enthusiasts continued to seek more integrated, easier-to-use and higher-performance tools for audio creation tasks. Many current DAWs even support integration with video streams allowing full A/V production.
Electronic music has existed, in various forms, for more than a century. Between the time that recording sounds was first made possible and the computer technology of today, a vast amount of change has occurred. Technology has been developed for creating sounds, for recording sounds, composing, and for altering sounds. Some technology involved electronics, but some important conceptual changes that did not depend on electronics still had a profound impact on the advent of electronic music.
The experimentation with technology was occurring in many countries simultaneously, sometimes for different purposes. Throughout the last century, musicians, artists, scientists, inventors, and businessmen each had interest in the progress of technology, and cross-pollination was and continues to be quite common. For this reason, part of the history necessarily includes advances in other fields.

Dolls were issued in England as Action Girl. These dolls were very similar to the US-issued dolls except that their eyes were side glancing and their hair was different. The US dolls had a piece of hair on other side of the face pulled up into a bow on top of the head. The Action Girl dolls had straight hair with no bows.
The Action Girl dolls also had their own line of clothing. They also came out as a special Grants doll called Donna. These dolls had curly hair pulled to one side. It is used for home decorations.
The Teddy bear is a stuffed toy bear for children. It is an enduring, traditional form of stuffed animal, often serving the purpose of comforting upset young children. In recent times, some teddy bears have become expensive collector's items.
The word art is also used to apply judgments of value, as in such expressions as "that meal was a work of art" (the cook is an artist), or "the art of deception," (the highly attained level of skill of the deceiver is praised). It is this use of the word as a measure of high quality and high value that gives the term its flavor of subjectivity.

There are various techniques which are used are followed for painting depending up on one's requisite or the look and feel required for the painting
1. Impasto 2. Computer painting (Digital) 3. Glaze 4. Grisaille 5. Pointillism (aka divisionism, 'stippling') 6. Scumble 7. Sfumato 8. Sumi-e 9. Wash
1. Impasto refers to a type of painting where the paint used embosses out of the canvas in which impressions exists .The paint used here is very thick and is spread all over the canvas or at times even mixed in the canvas and impressions are created in the paint using a stiff paint brush or a painting knife. This canvas painting when dried gives beautiful texture on the painting in the canvas. This type of painting was invented by great masters of painting to represent folds on the painting which reflects light in a particular way and gives the painter some sort of control over light. Next the impressions on the paintings would create expressions of strength and speed applied by the artist. This type of painting is very useful in various fields such as jewel designing, map representations (representing mountains fields and sea folds), cloth folding etc.
2. Computer painting otherwise known as digital painting involves in creating images using your own personal computer. Images are created scheming bitmap or vectors editing with computer graphics programs such as CorelDraw, Photoshop and GIMP .
3. Glaze is a type of gloss applied on paintings to bring in shine or lighting effects required for the figure in the paintings which could be colored or colorless but is transparent and shows the painting lying below the gloss.
4. Scumble is a type of gloss applied on paintings to bring in shine and present the painting in a lighter mode than the normal one. Scumble mode of painting is similar to the Glaze but scumble is opaque where as glaze is transparent.
5. Grisaille is not a paintings type by its own but an initial step in . It is the step representing lighter shades of the image to be painted. This type grisaille grey is basically a painting in lighter grey shade (followed as per the rules of oil painting the darker painting section follows the lighter colors to be implemented in oil painting) before the whole painting is all done. This painting is executed entirely on monochrome in various shades of grey which can also be used for decorative purposes such as representing an object in relief.
6. Pointillism is a type of based on the logic of mixing points of primary colors and generating non primary colors. These painting points when placed in close proximity with each other gives visual effects of figures which is not notable from a distance. Pointillism represents different range of colors not existing in traditional painting techniques or which cannot be obtained by mixing colors.
7. Wash is a painting technique to obtain shading effects in three dimensional model paintings. To bring in this effect in the paintings the painters use a thin layer of water colors where ever the effects are required.
8. Sfumato is a term or technique used by professional painters which means overlaying translucent layers of color in painting to create perceptions of depth, volume and form.
9. Sumi-e is nothing but painting using different concentrations of black ink. Generally prepare their own ink by grinding an ink stick with stone and bring in the required color by changing its concentrations. This type of brush painting was developed in china and the term sumi-e in their language means "ink pictures". The art of sumi-e is executed with black ink as already discussed and on white rice paper using bamboo brushes.

Debt consolidation is the process by which a consumer exchanges one loan for another taking various factors in to consideration. Factors such as reduction of average interest rate, reduced to one credit payment from multiple creditors, reduction of past interest or penalty charges, obtaining a payment plan as per the capability of an individual and becoming debt free individual at a faster rate.
Advantages 1. Reduction of average interest rate: Taking multiple credit interest rate (which varies from one credit card to another) in to account will have a high interest when compared to one single credit interest for the whole amount with a low interest rate. So an individual may choose this option to reduce his interest rate. 2. Reduction to one credit payment: An individual may use many credit cards and pay his bills for all the credit cards. This may need a good management technique depending up on the number of cards in use. If you use more number of credit cards then the planning need to be done more appropriately and executed timely where as if you have one credit card your job is done in a way simple and easily executable. One hence opts to shift from multiple loan payments to one loan payment program replacing all the rest. 3. Reduction of past interest or penalty charges: One opting for may go for reduction of past interest or penalty charges paid for the borrowed amount under certain options. Options include high interest rate or penalty charges placed for the credited amount, when the total amount paid in the history till date exceeds the borrowed amount, or if it is a very long duration payment program going for 5 yrs or above. Under each case stated one can reduce the past interest and penalty charges or sometimes even eliminate those and pay only the amount borrowed. 4. Obtaining a payment plan: by thoroughly going through the personal needs of an individual, his responsibilities etc after which the debt consolidator restructures the existing plans taken by the consumer. 5. Becoming debt free at a faster rate: Taking debt consolidation program relieves a person from debts at a faster rate than the usual time, which is required to come out of the debt. Following the plans given by a debt consolidator and proper execution of the plan will surely make an individual debt free and obtain high credit scores.
Disadvantages 1. When applying for a loan to replace another you go under the secured loan payment plan placed against an asset such as a home, car or any belongings. Hence at a risk of closing the loan through the asset placed against the loan.
2. You tend to use your credit cards again since you had paid back the credit amount through another loan. Hence the usage of credit cards ads up to your debts ending

Factors deciding credit score
Credit score is a value assigned to the borrower depending up on various historical payment returns and current credit worth limit. The credit score is hence a value which is obtained up on calculating the statistical summary of a consumer credit report on various factors of Payment history, debt, Credit history length and the type and number of credit account existing. This is a value range between 200 and 800. The higher the credit score, the consumer is offered with best price for the products he purchases or any loan issued for him (for example in obtaining a
Basically the is calculated using a formula provided by the Fair Isaac Corporation under the act of FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act ). The three national bureaucrats dealing with credit reports are Equifax, Experian and Trans Union. The credit report can vary between these three credit bureaus since the credit reporters do not submit the reports in all three bureaus. Basically it is the procedure that one's credit report is the average taken from the values of these three bureaus. There may be a small difference existing between these bureaucracies credit reports which doesn't seem to harm any of the customers credit score hence no issue has arisen till now in regards to the above.
for further information click the link before)are as follows.
1. Payment history This factor conquers of about 35% in your credit score. As the name suggests it is calculated on whether you have paid the payment returns on time, there has been any occurrence of bankruptcy reflected in your credit report or any other negative aspects directly influences the value of credit score.
2. Amount owned 30% of credit score is based up on the factor of how much is the amount owned by the consumer, the amount of debt already taken, is the amount very close to the credit limit etc. So it always better to maintain a low balance in all the credit cards rather than a high balance in one and a low balance in all others.
3. Length of the credit history The length of credit history plays a part of about 15% in determining one's credit score. A longer payment history increase the credit score of a consumer because the account opened for a longer duration creates appositive impact (higher effect if there exists only one financial institution). The score also increases at times of short credit history only when the rest of the consumer's credit report (from other financial companies) shows a manageable credit history existing through them.
4. Going for a new debt Approximately 10% of a credit score may be based upon how much a consumer is going in for a new debt. A negative impact can also occur if a consumer is going for a number of new credit accounts apart from the existing one. He could rather choose the same account for further inquires of debts.
5. Types and number of credit accounts 10% of credit score is affected by the type of credit a customer takes. The credit score goes in for a negative impact when the consumer takes loans from finance companies. Its always advisable for a consumer to limit his accounts as too many credit reports for various accounts also create a negative impact.

They will suffer due to non-work related injuries which are devastating. Health Insurance can help protect against disastrous health care expenses and lost wages. Medical Expenses Plans: Pay expenses incurred for diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. Full preference plans allow you to choose any doctor and hospital. You can also desire the amount of the "deductible" you must pay before the plan pays anything. After the deductible is met, a percentage of all your set cost is usually covered. The inequality between the percentages the plan pays and the amount charged is the "co-amount" that you must pay. The policy or employer benefit booklet resolve spell out the terms and conditions of what is enclosed and what in not covered. Read this contract BEFORE you need to use the plan and ask your agent or employer to give details anything which is unsure to you. Favorite Provider Organization (PPO) Plans allow you to choose a doctor or hospital from a list of "preferred" providers in order to receive filled benefits. If you go to a doctor who is not on the list, the plan may cover a smaller percentage or none of your costs. Check with the insurance carrier BEFORE you use the plan to make certain your physician or hospital is an astringent provider. Make certain your doctor refers you to other providers who are on the list, or who the carrier agrees to pay at the "preferred" rate. Individual Plans are a good alternative if you are not able to get coverage through your employer. A pre-existing condition, such as a past illness, must be covered after one year. However, the insurance company

They are classically marketed to self-employed individuals or small employers through membership in a trade or other association. The California Insurance Code now requires MEWA's to obtain a "Certificate of Compliance" and to set aside financial reserves to work. They must fulfill with the health care reforms efficient after July 1993. These plans can only be sold through a licensed life indemnity agent.
